Key Responsibilities of the Role include:

– Greeting and interacting with guests in a polite and professional manner

– Recommending and upselling food and beverage combinations
– Taking direction and work as a team player in a fast-paced environment

– Preparing bills, handling money and processing payments promptly and efficiently (necessary training will be provided)

We are on the hunt for a highly-motivated creative contributor who is bursting with fresh ideas and believes in the power of social media! Working closely with the Venue Manager, you’ll be at the heart of driving all marketing campaigns and events as well as producing engaging content and social media/website management for the venue. This job is full of variety and you’ll need to be able to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks including drafting press releases, organising promotional activities and taking initiatives with media collaborations to name a few– organisation is key!

To be considered for this role you will need:
– Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Business/PR or a similar discipline
– Strong knowledge & competency in all social media platforms
– Sufficient skills in Microsoft Office and WordPress (preferable)
– Excellent written & verbal communication
– To stay-up-to-date and on trend within the hospitality and lifestyle industries

Key Responsibilities of the Role include:
– Creating innovative content for social media platforms and blogs including food styling and photography
– Initiating and following through on collaborations with media including social media personalities
– Social media scheduling and monitoring across all channels including responding to customer comments and reviews in a timely manner
– Driving social media and marketing campaigns to increase venue profile and traffic
– Events planning
– Managing key stakeholder relationships with clients, customers and staff

We are currently seeking qualified Chefs who have a passion for creating beautifully-presented and high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. Multiple positions available in a fulltime, part time and causal capacity.

To be considered for this role/s you will need:
– A minimum of 2 years experience within a fast-paced kitchen (desirable)
– Extensive knowledge of the food industry with a desire to continually improve and develop expertise
– The ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining meal standards & presentation
– To uphold cleanliness, strict hygiene and presentation of the kitchen area and wider venue
– The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously
